The Industrial Automation is designed at the request of the local Oil and Gas Automation industry. Company’s advisory board entities include Newfield, Anadarko, Paragon Automation, Winn-Marion, PCE and Gas Co. This program is intended to deliver the fundamental understanding of electricity and automation procedures and practices to the novice oil and gas student. This course prepares students for careers in Automation for oil and gas and to meet the demanding requirements for safety and reliability in product production.

There are scholarships available for Industrial Automation.
Students who complete this training will be prepared to go to work in the oil and gas industry, and will understand the essential safety procedures that must be followed to protect themselves and their fellow workers in the field.
