Email Signature

Please use the following format for employee email signatures.

(If you would like Public Affairs to make this signature for you, please let us know.)

1. Please highlight and copy the below text and image.
2. Create a new signature in your email by opening NEW EMAIL>(hover over Signature) SIGNATURES>NEW (title new signature).
3. Paste the text into the box below.
4. Highlight and change font to Calibri (Body).
5. First line text size is 14
6. All other text size is 11.5
7. Replace name, title, phone number, and email address with your own.
8. Save signature and voila!
