Facing Down A Digital World
The IT Support Technician program gives students the skills needed to work in computer and digital information-related industries. Students will receive training in technical skills and the necessary soft skills to succeed as IT support technicians. Instruction will focus on basic IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, basic networking, and security. Students will also be taught appropriate customer service skills related to the IT industry. This program was designed with support from local industry leaders and is perfect for students who want to develop skills to make them competitive in the local job market.
Graduates will be prepared to seek employment in IT support, help desk positions, and call centers.

Entrance Requirements:
- Math 8.0 grade level
- Reading 8.0 grade level
- Keyboarding 30 WPM
- Passing score on UBTech computer literacy exam
