Monday, October 4th: Open grill, cream of tomato soup. Tuesday, October 5th: Open grill, shrimp bisque. Wednesday, October 6th: Open grill, potato chowder. Cafe closed Thursday, October 7th-Monday October 18th. Tuesday, October 19th: Shrimp cocktail, vegetable soup. Wednesday, October 20th: Braised beef with mashed potatoes, broccoli and cheese soup. Thursday, October 21st: Chicken bacon wrap, clam chowder. Monday, October 25th: chicken fried steak, chili. Tuesday, October 26th: Pan seared tuna, beef and barley. Wednesday, October 27th: Pork carnitas. chicken noodle. Thursday, October 28th: Buffalo chicken, split pea and ham.

The Culinary Cafe

Our Culinary Arts program is designed to give our students real-life experience working in the food service industry in a functioning restaurant environment. The Culinary Cafe has a full open grill with made to order items as well as a carefully planned out daily specials menu, released monthly.
